User Guide

1. To search program/agent/scholarship information, you do not have to register or login.
2. To post program/agent/scholarship information, please go to the "Login" page and simply follow the instructions on that page.

1. What should I do if I forget my username and password?
   
   
   Please go to the "Information Provider" page and press the "Forgot Password" button. You have to type in your registered username in order to retrieve the password. Once we are notified, we will send the password to your registered email address as soon as possible. If you forget your registered username, please contact us by email at eastasia@osu.edu.
2. Why can't I use the "edit previous files" function?
   
   
   All information providers should be able to update the information of the language programs with the "edit previous files" function. Please contact us by email at eastasia@osu.edu if you have problems with this function.
3. Why is the language program of our institution not listed?
   
   
   If your institution offers study abroad opportunity to American students, and you would like to post it on our website, please register on the "Information Provider" page.
